About the company
The company started its activities in 2010. Initially, Edupharma was involved in the export of medicines within and outside the European Union. However, with each passing year, the company has grown, improved and expanded its activities. The Edupharma team started to expand its network of suppliers and to collaborate with important companies such as Actavis, Hikma, STADA, which made the company even more competitive.
Today, the company focuses mainly on the wholesale of medicines, as well as marketing and distribution services in Lithuania. In the European Union and beyond, we supply medicines to clinical research companies, contributing to the accelerated development of advanced medicines.

2010 - Establishment of UAB Edupharma
2011 - Edupharma UAB obtained a wholesale distribution licence
2012 - Signed a cooperation agreement with Actavis for the representation of oncology medicines
2015 - Edupharma awarded as the fastest growing pharmaceutical company in Lithuania
2017 - The company signed a cooperation agreement with Hikma, a German drug manufacturer
2018 - Edupharma relocates to a new and larger warehouse.
2019 - Parallel import licences obtained for Gabapentin and Tamoxifen
2019 - Signing of a cooperation agreement with the pharmaceutical manufacturer STADA for the representation of biosimilars
2019 - Certificate of Good Distribution Practice for medicinal products issued
2020 - Edupharma UAB granted a licence to engage in wholesale trade, import and export of Schedule III psychotropic substances
2020 - Active supply of Italian medicines to medical institutions during the COVID-19 pandemic
2020 - Cooperation agreement signed with Tecnimede, a Portuguese pharmaceutical manufacturer
2020 - Edupharma carried out the active launch of Movymia (Teriparatide), a new STADA product
2021 - Obtained parallel import licence for Seleparina (took over 30% of the hospital market in the nadroparin sector)
2022 - Edupharma wins public tender for the supply of Bevacizumab to hospitals
2023 - Edupharma wins public tender for the supply of Ranibizumab to hospitals
2024 - Edupharma received EUROPEAN BUSINESS MASTERS certificate for constant growth
